There's always something new happening in Seattle—that's why we love this city and have been actively involved in its evolution since 1958. We're currently working on five real estate projects, which include commercial, retail and residential development. As Seattle's premier real estate company, we take pride in keeping Seattle well supplied with Class A office space that supports economic success in our continually evolving hometown.
Right in the cultural hub of Ballard, Martin Selig Real Estate plans to debut its northernmost outpost—a brand-new five-story combined retail and office space, on the corner of 15th Avenue NW and NW Market Street.
In our ongoing mission to build the Seattle skyline, Martin Selig Real Estate is proud to announce plans for a new office tower in Belltown, just steps from Pike Place Market and Seattle’s retail core. Check back here for more details in the coming weeks and months.
This year marks Martin Selig Real Estate’s first foray into luxury residential in downtown Seattle. At the north end of Seattle Art Museum’s Olympic Sculpture Park, look for our first creation, with stunning views, a beautiful glass exterior, outside decks, a green roof and solar shading.
This historic building was custom built in 1950 as the Federal Reserve Bank. It’s sole purpose was to disperse cash from the United States Federal Reserve to private area banks until its relocation in 2012. It is be re-purposed as an office building to be completed in 2nd quarter, 2019. All of the historical features will be incorporated into its design. 7 floors will be added onto the existing 4 floors, totaling 180,000 square feet. 2 of the 11 floors will be under the main lobby level and will incorporate 25 parking stalls.
