Our Legacy

Martin Selig Real Estate has been behind some of Seattle’s most iconic landmarks, including one-and-a-half blocks on Fifth Avenue known as Fifth & Jackson and Fifth & Yesler.

Founded in 1958, by the 1980s, MSRE owned nearly one-third of Seattle’s office space. In 1989, Martin Selig Real Estate developed the Columbia Center, Seattle’s tallest building to date. Most recently, we completed construction on 400 Westlake, the most sustainable office building of its size in the United States.

Martin Selig Real Estate is a long-term holder of premier real estate in Seattle’s core neighborhoods, including Lower Queen Anne, Ballard, Belltown, CBD, International District, and the waterfront.

With many more development projects in the pipeline, Martin Selig Real Estate continues to adapt to the modern real estate climate and provide solutions for Seattle’s established and growing landscape.
