Martin’s son David joined MSRE in 2015 to bring his vast academic real estate knowledge and business management skills to advance the company’s future. Having completed a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from the University of Washington, and Harvard Real Estate Certificates, David is blending his academic knowledge with his uncanny people skills to manage tenant relationships.
He is known for being a team player with extensive real-life staff and business management skills that help influence his approach to finance and leasing. Some of these skills were honed when he developed, managed and owned his own restaurants.
Born and raised in Seattle, David has a genuine connection and deep roots in this beautiful city. He is a huge Seahawks and Kraken fan, explores the region’s mountains snowboarding, and is on the cutting edge of the Seattle food scene. David is also a citizen of the world. Prior to his work at MSRE, David spent six years living in Tel Aviv, and always has his next weekend getaway planned.
