Matt Alisch is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Martin Selig Real Estate, which he has served since 2022. With over 28 years of experience managing various types of real estate, including commercial office, multi-family residential, and assisted living communities, Matt brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the company.
Matt earned his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from Washington State University and went on to obtain his MBA with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Montana. He has since established himself as a skilled financial executive, with strengths in people management, problem solving, and a persistent optimistic outlook.
During his tenure at MSRE, Matt has spent 18 years as Controller, overseeing all aspects of accounting, treasury management, and insurance. Recently promoted to CFO, he is now focused on securing long-term financing for the company. Matt is deeply committed to MSRE’s mission of providing the best tenant experience in Seattle, and he strongly believes in the importance of building and strengthening relationships within the community. He sees MSRE as a vital player in the ongoing development and growth of Seattle and is committed to continuing to provide high-quality real estate solutions that contribute to the city’s long-term success.
Outside of work, Matt is a devoted husband and father to two children. He enjoys golf, downhill skiing, and pickleball.
