Melinda Coleman is the Director of Operations at Martin Selig Real Estate, where she has been a vital team member since 1998. With over 25 years of experience at MSRE, Melinda has proven herself to be a dedicated leader with a comprehensive understanding of building operations, management, and tenant satisfaction.
Melinda began her journey at MSRE in 1998 as an admin in the Parking Department. Her exceptional dedication and leadership quickly propelled her into the Operations Department, where she became MSRE’s first female Building Manager while still maintaining the role of Operations Manager. In this role, she skillfully managed tenant requests and building-related matters, establishing a strong foundation for her current role.
As Director of Operations, Melinda oversees various teams, including Operations, Building Management, Parking, Janitorial, Security, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Life Safety, Landscaping, TI & Construction, Window Washing, and Energy Management. She collaborates closely with these teams to ensure they have the support necessary to successfully manage the properties and building systems.
