Martin Selig fills two more floors at Federal Reserve Building

Martin Selig Real Estate announced a new tenant this week at its Federal Reserve Building: the Consulate General of India. It’s taking the first floor and 11th (top) floor in the renovated, landmarked and handsomely expanded office building at 1015 Second Ave. The consulate is moving from MSRE’s older 3101 Western building in Belltown.
