The Polyclinic Opens in Ballard

Target: The Retail Giant Provides Everyday Essentials to Ballard Residents

Target is also leasing commercial real estate space from 15^th & Market. Its grand opening was just days after The Polyclinic’s on November 10^th, and the small-format store is customized to what Ballard residents shop for most. Enjoy access to style and beauty products, family essentials, and apartment and home needs in one vibrant location.

Target’s selection and competitive pricing are prime examples of accessibility and ease, which will only be heightened by the unique placement next to the Polyclinic. The Polyclinic and Target are the newest tenants at 15^th & Market, but they are not alone in their decision to take advantage of the neighborhood. Tenants WeWork and Equal Exchange Coffee are open to the public, and Chase Bank is set to open in April 2020.
